Job Description

Our client is searching for a Support Consultant to join their team in Boksburg.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience in HR, Payroll, and T&A Functions 
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Teams is a must
  • Fully computer literate
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll functions, including Tax calculations, HR and payroll legislative reporting (This will be tested during the interview process)

Soft Skills

  • Good communication skills, verbal and written - English
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a hands-on approach to work
  • Ability to work without supervision and in a changing environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Ability to find solutions for common computer problems, Excel, Office, etc.
  • Own Transport is recommended
  • Good work ethic

Duties

  • Client support and query handling on current and future PAL Products
  • Testing software releases, including recreating and reporting test results
