Our client is searching for a Support Consultant to join their team in Boksburg.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in HR, Payroll, and T&A Functions
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Teams is a must
- Fully computer literate
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll functions, including Tax calculations, HR and payroll legislative reporting (This will be tested during the interview process)
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written - English
- Positive and energetic attitude with a hands-on approach to work
- Ability to work without supervision and in a changing environment
- Work under pressure
- Eager to learn and grow
- Ability to find solutions for common computer problems, Excel, Office, etc.
- Own Transport is recommended
- Good work ethic

Duties
- Client support and query handling on current and future PAL Products
- Testing software releases, including recreating and reporting test results
